LEARNING OBJECTIVES:
This case can be taught in the introductory module in an elective class on family business. It can be used to highlight: 1. How shared dreams/common vision, traditions, etc. within a family have an impact on business structure and growth, and vice versa. This impact can be positive and negative in both directions. 2.
