DESCRIPTION:

At the Lahore University of Management Sciences (LUMS), the written analyses of cases (WACs) are an important aspect of work in the MBA program. The WAC should be on the given format: for MBA I, a total of 10 pages with a maximum of 5 pages of text and a maximum of 5 pages of exhibits: for MBA II, a total of 12 pages with a maximum of 6 pages of text and a maximum of 6 pages of exhibits. Font size: 12, Font: Times New Roman; typed 1 1/2 spaced with one-inch margin on all sides. Any changes can be made at the discretion of the faculty. Only in exceptional circumstances can a student submit a hand-written WAC. If the faculty accepts the circumstances to be exceptional, the student will be given one grade lower than the assigned grade. If the explanation is rejected, the student will receive an Unsatisfactory (U) grade for that WAC.
