This case illustrates the evolution of performance management system (PMS) at the Qadri Group (QG), a family-owned engineering manufacturing business in Pakistan. The company's efforts to improve its performance management systems (PMS) over the years have faced a myriad of challenges such as employee dissatisfaction, poor linkage between performance and reward, issues of equity and turnover of critical role employees.
