ABSTRACT:
This note provides opportunity for the students to understand the value chain of a Potato in Pakistan. Potato is a very important agricultural crop and has a very significant role in agro base based and food industries of Pakistan. The note not only provides a comprehensive view of the current status of this value chain but also describes some of the factors that limit further development of potato value chain and the associated ideas on the interventions that could promote future development.
