ABSTRACT:
Jamshed Sports Solution is a sports garment manufacturing setup located in Sialkot that has been in the business of producing sportswear since May, 2016. One of their main clients is Mr. Kim who is a celebrated baseball player in West St. Louis, USA and currently serves as the Head Manager for Cardinals Baseball team. Jamshed Sports Solution had a strong relation of three and half years with Mr. Kim which faced a major deadlock now. The most recent order shipped to Mr. Kim had incorrect logo printing and all the consignment had to be reworked. As part of the deal, Mr. Kim had already paid 55% of the total cost to Jamshed Sports and will be paying the remaining amount after receiving the complete consignment. The owners of Jamshed Sports Solution currently face a dilemma where they must decide between reworking a time sensitive order of a long-standing customer, Mr. Kim, by bearing additional costs or choose not to rework by waiving off the remaining payable and risk losing their customer.
