The main purpose of this case is to highlight the aspect of a total quality culture in a Pakistani business environment. Globalization of the world economy and trade barriers have created intense competition for any business, not only in the international markets but also in the local arena. This case explores the process of implementation of TQM and TQM tools along with the challenges faced by the higher management in bringing about a cultural change.
LEARNING OBJECTIVES:
