DESCRIPTION:

The case is intended for the valuation module in a corporate finance course. The case should be taught near the end of the module when the students have a pretty good handle on the basics of DCF valuation. Because, this case is one of those cases where, according to Copeland er-all in their book on 'Valuation', it is not very easy to apply DCF analysis as there is no CF to D. While the situation in this case may not be as bas as valuing a dot com company like Amazon in its early years, but it still has many similarities with such a valuation.
