The Packages TFC case is about the first publicly floated and traded corporate debt instrument in Pakistan. Fakir Syed Aijazuddin, CEO of First International Investment Bank, had to reflect on how the debt market could be developed. He also had to analyze the structure of future debt instruments, with regard to tenor, pricing, structure and security.

The Packages TFC issues marked the first publicly traded corporate debt instrument in Pakistan.
